Comparison of c - scan of entire sample and the date of local point a - scan collected and processed with the metallorgaphs of sample cross section showed that the method could be used to determine the spot size of resistance spot welding 对接头焊点的c扫描及对局部点的a扫描信号的采集与分析，经负际焊点横截面的金相观察对比，可以较准确确定点焊的焊核直径。
